Nasdaq Ventures agreed to invest $100M in Payward, Kraken’s parent (Nasdaq). The partners will build distribution, trading and post-trade infrastructure for Nasdaq Equity Tokens (NETs), linked to xStocks; NETs are expected in Q2 2027 (Nasdaq).
